All deposits and withdrawals on tpto12 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is performed by tpto12; any exchange costs arising from your payment method are your responsibility.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable turnover condition is met. Abuse of promotions results in forfeiture.

Access to and use of the tpto12 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy on a continuous basis from the date of registration throughout the lifetime of your Account.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. tpto12 enforces a strict minimum age policy. If at any point tpto12 has reason to believe that a Member is under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending KYC age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage Member will be returned via the original payment method, net of any bonuses credited; winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
The Platform is operated as an international service and is intended primarily for players resident in Indonesia. To access the full range of Platform services, you must create an Account by completing the registration form at tpto12 Login. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. tpto12 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Each individual, household, device, IP address, bank account, e-wallet account, and payment method may be associated with only one tpto12 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, tpto12 will suspend all associated Accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, void any Bonus Funds, and may withhold winnings accrued across the duplicate Account network pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. tpto12 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify tpto12 support immediately at if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Before tpto12 processes your first withdrawal request, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:
tpto12 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation submission. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed will have the request cancelled and returned to the Account Balance.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting tpto12 support. Outstanding Balance at the time of closure will be disbursed to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable wagering obligations on Bonus Funds being met. tpto12 may also close Accounts at its discretion in accordance with Clause 7 (Prohibited Conduct).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account tier. VIP Members may be eligible for elevated limits at tpto12's discretion. tpto12 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds with reasonable notice.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawal processing times from the point of approval are as follows:
Note: Processing times quoted above apply to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts cannot process withdrawals. Withdrawals submitted during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Nyepi) may experience additional processing delays.
To protect against money laundering and fraud, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. tpto12 may request additional documentation if the withdrawal destination differs from the deposit source.
Members may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately. See Clause 8 for further responsible gaming information.
tpto12 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and the Independence Day period (17 August). Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer, all Bonus Funds awarded by tpto12 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, togel draw games and certain low-margin live casino tables — may count at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement, as specified per promotion.
tpto12 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
Bonus Funds that are not used within the time window specified in the applicable promotion will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance without compensation. Members are encouraged to review active bonus expiry dates in their Account dashboard.
tpto12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited to an Account, provided the Member continues to meet the relevant wagering requirements.
All bets placed on the tpto12 Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, or game type. tpto12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tpto12 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
